• Eligibility, Benefits, Prior Authorization

• BI dashboards, analytics & reporting

• AI, RPA & workflow automation

• Provider support services

Services may be updated or enhanced without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate information

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA or other laws applicable to their organization

• Avoid misuse, unauthorized access, or disruption of our systems

Unauthorized data extraction, scraping, or security probing is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, dashboards, analytics, code, branding, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Geom Healthcare.
You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute our content

• Reverse engineer or decompile our software

• Use our trademarks without written permission

5. PHI and Compliance

When accessing our systems involving PHI:

• You must follow HIPAA safeguards

• A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) may be required

• Unauthorized disclosure or misuse of PHI is strictly prohibited

6. Limitation of Liability

Geom Healthcare is not liable for:

• Errors caused by third-party systems, payers, or clearinghouses

• Downtime, interruptions, or delays beyond our control

• Loss of revenue due to incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed documentation from clients

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability will not exceed the service fees paid in the last 6 months.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with:

• Clearinghouses

• EHR/EMR systems

• Cloud storage & analytics tools

• Automation platforms

We are not responsible for failures or errors caused by third-party providers.

8. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated

• Payments are overdue

• Unauthorized access or misuse is detected

• Security risks are identified

Upon termination, all confidential information must be safely returned or destroyed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

• U.S. Federal HIPAA regulations (for U.S. clients)

• Local laws in India for operational and contractual matters

Any disputes will be resolved under applicable jurisdiction.
